Privacy Policy.
This policy explains what information MaChahine Group ("MaChahine Group," "we," "us") collects through machahine.com (the "Site") and in the course of our work, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what you choose to give us, we use it to respond to you and do our work, and we never sell it.
01Information You Give Us
We collect information you voluntarily provide:
- Systems Check submissions — your answers about your business, the checkboxes you select, your tool list, and your contact details.
- Scheduling — when you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, and any answers you give to the booking questions.
- Correspondence — emails you send us, and anything you share during calls or engagements.
02Information Collected Automatically
We keep this deliberately minimal. The Site uses Google Ads conversion measurement (the Google tag, gtag.js), which sets cookies to measure whether our own advertising leads to visits and inquiries — this is the only advertising or analytics technology we run, we do not use it to build profiles of you, and we never sell or share your data for others' marketing. You can opt out of Google's ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. Our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operations, as virtually all websites do. When you submit the Systems Check or book a call, the service providers listed in Section 04 likewise receive standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) as part of processing your request. The Systems Check form saves a draft of your in-progress answers in your own browser's local storage — that draft never leaves your device and is deleted when you submit.
03How We Use Information
- To reply to your Systems Check with our observations, and to answer your messages.
- To schedule and hold calls, and to provide services you engage us for.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with anyone for their marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
04Who We Share It With
Only the service providers that make the Site and our work function, and only for those purposes:
- Form delivery — Systems Check submissions are relayed to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co).
- Email & documents — Google Workspace hosts our email and files.
- Scheduling — Calendly handles call bookings.
- Hosting & infrastructure — Vercel hosts the Site; Cloudflare provides DNS.
We may also disclose information if the law genuinely requires it, to protect our legal rights, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or sale — in which case this policy would continue to apply to information collected under it.
05Client Engagement Data
When you engage us for services, you may entrust us with business records that include information about your employees or customers. That data is handled under your engagement agreement and any confidentiality terms in it, which control over this policy. We process such data on your instructions, use it only to perform the engagement, protect it with reasonable safeguards, and return or delete it on request when the engagement ends.
06Retention
We keep correspondence and submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, perform services, and maintain ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (Section 07), and we will unless we have a legal or contractual reason to keep it.
07Your Choices & Rights
Email info@machahine.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We honor such requests regardless of where you live, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
08Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards — access limited to the founders, reputable providers, encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
09Children
The Site is for business owners and operators. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
10Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
